How to Request a Quote

Step 1 – Contact Support

Send an email to the support team to begin your quote request.

In your email, briefly describe the issue you are experiencing and the equipment involved.


Step 2 – Provide Equipment Details

Include the following information in your request:

  • Machine model

  • Description of the issue

  • Any parts that may be malfunctioning

  • Troubleshooting steps you have already attempted

This information helps our technicians determine the likely cause of the issue.


Step 3 – Attach Photos or Videos

Whenever possible, include photos or videos showing the problem.

Helpful examples include:

  • error messages

  • unusual printer behavior

  • damaged parts

  • nozzle test results

Clear visual information helps our technicians diagnose issues more accurately.


Step 4 – Review Your Quote

Once the support team reviews your information, they will send a quote based on the service required.

Quotes may include:
